La Ubertina Crafts™ SHOP POLICIES

Philosophy:

La Ubertina Crafts™ (LUC) is about creating without limit and playing on emotions to inspire others to create. LUC™ wants to keep the crafting world alive and believes in creating interesting pieces for interesting collectors. Take a look around and see what fits your mood. 

Payment:

We accept Paypal only. LUC™ requires payment within 24 hours of purchase. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment arrangements are not made within 24 hours and will not ship your order until payment has cleared. 

You do not need a paypal account to make a payment through paypal (you just need a valid credit card).

Please remember, the sooner your payment is processed, the sooner we can get your package in the mail!Shipping:We always ship to the address on the ETSY invoice. Please make sure this is the correct address.

The shipping price includes all of the fees necessary to send your package. We take care of each package with loving care so that it will reach you in pristine condition.

Items will be shipped after your payment clears. We ship Wednesday & Thursday. 

Most items are shipped USPS; however larger pieces will be shipped using UPS/FedEx or otherwise accordingly. 

In the states we ship priority mail, which usually takes 2-3 business days. Overseas gets shipped regular ground to keep prices affordable unless otherwise negotiated.

If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation, please convo me and I will arrange for it at the BUYER'S cost. My low shipping rates do not allow for extra coverage.

Please note that if your items are lost through the US Mail system, I will work with you to try to locate them with the "delivery confirmation" tracking codes...but without insurance, added by request of the buyer, I am not liable for lost, damaged or misplaced shipments.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item was damaged in the postal system, please let us know and we can arrange for a replacement.

We do not provide any refunds. Exchanges are on a case by case basis. If you are dissatisfied with any item, please contact us before leaving feedback and we will help in finding a resolution. All exchange requests must be sent within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s). 

All exchanged items do no include shipping. Shipping items back to LUC™ will be at the sole cost of buyer and a separate waiver of liability will be sent should this occur. Additional Policies and FAQ's

Q: Will LUC™ make custom orders?
A: Of course LUC™ accommodates custom orders or make changes to listed pieces. A 50% total listing cost is required up front of purchase. If you are purchasing through ETSY, a "reserved for" listing is posted. If purchasing directly through the LUC™ Website Shop, we will set-up a separate listing on the site for purchase. LUC™ requires the remaining 50% within 5 days of  item being listed for purchase. 

Q: I am ordering Internationally. How is shipping calculated?
A: Shipping for international orders needs to be done through the ETSY shop. Specific shipping costs have already been added to the listings. We do ship to many International locations, but not to all. We reserve the right to refuse international orders based on amount and location. International shipping cost is $30.00 through US Postal Service Global Express Mail and the customer will be responsible for local custom and taxes.

Q: Can I send my order to a different address?
A: Certainly, you will be prompted to fill out your address and the address of which you wish to have your order sent.
Please note - Your mailing address must be the same as your credit card billing info.

Q: How do i size myself for a bangle?
A: Use a soft measuring tape around your knuckle.
Important - Make sure that your fist is tight when you are measuring your knuckles.

Q: How do I size myself for a ring?
A: When sizing your fingers properly you need to specify the following:
  1. Use wider band ring sizer.
  2. Half size up bigger than actual size when ordering 8mm and up.
  3. If you already have a ring that has a bandwidth of 8mm and up, and know your exact size, you don't have to add a half size bigger. We recommend our customers to add half a size bigger because a narrow bandwidth ring will be easier to slide through the finger compared to a wide one.
Tips - The best time to size your finger is in the morning. Make sure that your finger is dry.

Q: I need to make a change to my order. What should I do?
A: If you've already completed your order online, please contact us as soon as possible by telephone or email. If you haven't completed your order online by checking out, click Cart Contents on the paypal site. This will direct you to your shopping cart basket, where you can remove or edit items you have selected.
